Police horse Morecambe has sadly died after becoming injured in Blackpool today (22 April). His rider was also injured and was taken by air ambulance to Royal Preston Hospital. Our thoughts are with all our colleagues at @LancsPolMounted

A nice win today that was tainted by certain individuals behaviour post match, causing damage to the away fans coach and causing injury to one of the away supporters in the process! We will be investigating this incident next week and will be looking to ID the offender’s.
