1. Calorie Deficit: I started with a calorie intake of 2100cals and gradually reduced it to 1400cals. Even with weekend travel, I stuck to my calorie goals. In India, our food is rich and delicious, but it's easy to overeat. I made sure to eat fewer calories than I burned.
