The verb Jin uses here for ‘concede’ is 양보하다. Another way of translating this may be to yield, defer, give way or give up something (incl. an idea) for another, like one’s seat on a bus. It’s a value reinforced in Korean society since childhood & one I see at play with BTS

Just in case this is confusing: Jin is saying “meow meow” because the words for mouse (쥐) & leg cramp (쥐) are the same in Korean. So he’s trying to scare the 쥐 away 😁
