We had a hard time finding a good and simple puzzle to put in our first prototype. We made one at first that was way too complicated. This one is better, and provide a small challenge that makes the player learn a mechanic. Still, puzzle making is soo hard 😅 #indiedev #gamedev

Honestly sometimes I regret making in a cozy game. It was incredibly hard and because of the loaded connotations the genre has, some people will dismiss it instantly.

So when I'm stressed about audience reception, I try to think back on why this all happened in the first place. The truth is I could have made any game I wanted, and for some reason all I wanted was to try my hand at a pleasant game about routine and ritual.
