Let's talk about the 2-3 Zone. 🧵 The defense has 2 guys sitting on corner shooters, two guys at the top near the 3 line (one on each side) & a big guarding the paint. Teams use this because it helps rebound, kills corner 3s & generally protects the paint. It's very effective.
