When you vote tomorrow, remember what’s at stake.
Remember what a Labour government can deliver.
The Tories haven’t changed. They will not change.
Change will only come by voting Labour tomorrow. 🌹
Another day - another doorstep session.
So grateful for everyone joining the team - all of us showing that no Labour vote is ever taken for granted.

Out tonight in Wordsley. Thanks so much to everyone who stopped to talk.
Change can come - if you vote for it. 🌹
80 years ago, my grandad and his brother boarded a boat, in service of their country.
Today I remember grandad and the thousands of men like him, who showed unimaginable courage.
And I remember his brother and all those who didn’t make it back.
#DDay80
It’s a privilege to be a Parliamentary candidate. Especially when you meet incredible people like Enid, a lifelong Labour supporter - aged 103!
Thank you for your time Enid. You are my campaign highlight. 🌹❤️
A snapshot of the last few days campaigning in
#Kingswinford
#Southstaffs
and for

Blown away by incredible teams working together. Step by step, street by street, we are campaigning to bring home a Labour government again.🌹
A snapshot of our brilliant Labour campaign. And we continue until polls close this evening.
Change can come to Kingswinford and South Staffs, if you vote Labour today. 🌹
So it’s back to work today - to a job I love, with incredible colleagues who make a difference every day - helping people turn their lives around.
I am incredibly privileged to be part of this work. Can’t wait to get back to it.
Street surgery in Wordsley, doorsteps in Kingswinford, garden stakes in Codsall & Wombourne. A peek at our week.
Slightly taken aback seeing multiple images of my face (!) - but so grateful for the support.
So many issues people want tackled. It’s time for change.
#VoteLabour
The best way to get back to normal after a 6 week campaign - my children.
Nothing better than after a sleepless night, taking my 10 year old to her music exam and being there for my 5 year old’s bedtime.
Still the most important job in my life.
Brilliant to catch up with friends old and new
@WMLabour
this evening.
So proud to have played a part with this incredible, inspiring team. Bringing home a Labour government.
🌹
Wonderful afternoon at Himley Armed Forces Day. Speaking to our servicemen and women, local mental health charities and incredible volunteers.
Sampled the cream tea with

We will always stand by our armed forces and veterans.
Another great evening on the

in Perton.
Brilliant conversations about the changes people want to see. Absolutely love being out, meeting local people and talking about the changes they want to see.
#Kingswinford
#Southstaffs
Fantastic response for
@UKLabour
in Wordsley this evening. Strong support for our brilliant Wordsley candidates,
@RichParkerLab
for West Mids Mayor, and
@SimonFosterPCC
. Great to meet everyone on the doorstep.
Labour MP’s did not want to make the choice they did yesterday, to introduce means tested winter fuel allowance.
But leadership requires people willing to make tough decisions. A £22Billion black hole can’t be ignored.
That’s what they did yesterday, I respect them for it.
Only Labour can defeat the Tories in Kingswinford and South Staffs.
A vote for another party will not deliver the change people desperately need.
Change can only happen if you vote for it.
Labour activists are just the best.
After a tiring week, I’m presented with a cuppa & home made cake. Fuel and kindness to keep me going.
Thank you everyone for the quick cuppas, the loo breaks and all the snacks.
You are simply brilliant.🌹

Out on the doorstep listening to voters in

Happy Black Country Day everyone.
From Dudley to Sandwell, Wolverhampton to Walsall, it truly is a bostin’ place.
And good luck to Stourbridge’s Jude Bellingham tonight – bring it home!
Rain doesn’t dampen our spirits.!
On the day I have been formally nominated as the Labour Parliamentary Candidate for
#Kingswinford
and
#Southstaffordshire
we have been out together to talk about how
@UKLabour
will change the country for the better. 🌹
Fantastic to be able to thank this incredible campaign team & all activists for their support during the election.
Helping to bring Labour home in
#Dudley
and build future foundations in
#Kingswinford
and
#Southstaffs
It was an absolute honour to be their candidate. 🌹
Had a much needed break with my family & no socials.
A week on from the horror of Southport, my thoughts are with all those affected.
Far right thuggery, misinformation & racism has no place in any response to remembering precious young lives.
Prisons are in crisis. The government had no choice but introduce early release.
But what happens next matters. We have to put rehabilitation back into the heart of the justice system.

Moseley Labour had a great couple of hours speaking to residents on Elizabeth Rd. Please get in touch with Cllr Jenkins if there are any issues you need help with.
#bettermoseley
Absolutely loved meeting these incredible women and staff at Maywood Residential Home in
#wombourne
today. Messages were: fix the NHS, give young people more places to go, protect the state pension from a National Insurance cut.
#southstaffs
#generalelection
I find it incredibly sad to read this.
Matthew Perry is a profile name, but there are thousands like him, exploited instead of given support.
Relapse can happen - but help is available
@ForwardTrust
& charities like us. RIP Matthew and all who haven’t made it.

I’ve had the privilege of working with young people to tackle knife crime.
Protection of children & families from its devastation is an absolute priority.
Youth Futures, working with young people. Getting blades out of circulation. Labour’s plan - serious, targeted action. 👇
Absolutely
@bphillipsonMP
I was a free school meal pupil from Sandwell with straight A’s. But at uni I felt the FSM defined me more than the A’s.
A duck out of water.
It shouldn’t still be this way. Whatever your ambition, it should be open to you wherever you’re from. 👇
Where you're from shouldn't determine where you end up. If you work hard, you should be able to get on.
These are basic values held by people across our country.
It is Labour's mission to make them a reality again after 14 years of the Tories baking inequality into our society.
Wonderful news for all of us in the West Mids
@RichParkerLab
and all
@WMLabour
Mostly for everyone living in this region. Change has come this evening and it will continue. Celebrating the only way we can in this brilliant region - with a good curry! 🌹
The power of a good cuppa, solving the stress of the play-offs and the morning school run! Looking forward to sharing another cuppa or two with people in Kingswinford and South Staffs this week. I’ve been so grateful for your warm welcome. Happy St George’s Day to you all.!
Conservatives want to introduce an unfunded abolition of National Insurance - the biggest risk to pensions since Truss crashed the economy. Pensioners need a stable economy, an NHS that works, well run local services and buses that run. All wrecked under Tories.
Mental health waiting lists leave people and families in desperate need. Too many result in avoidable crisis.
More appointments, community hubs, support direct into schools. We will tackle mental health backlog head on. 👇
There are more than a million people on mental health waiting lists.
Labour will recruit 8,500 mental health staff, put support in every school, and hubs in every community.
Paid for by ending tax breaks for the wealthiest, so we can keep taxes down for working people.
I can’t get my head around this. It’s been an emotional few days, remembering grandad and all young men who stepped onto those beaches. Regretting conversations we never had. World leaders unite to honour them & our PM leaves early.
I know what my grandparents would’ve said
Thank you to the Living Springs community for your warm welcome.
It was wonderful to see families thriving after facing homelessness. A space where people are safe and can start to rebuild their lives.
Lovely to see 2 children’s birthday celebrations too!
Let’s show anti racist solidarity at football this weekend.
The far right do not own football. The police will respond to hate and you can report

Labour’s plan will deliver the stability needed to lead the industries of the future - creating the jobs we want for our kids, in the places we live.
Together we’ll relight the fire of our regions to drive growth, working hand-in-hand with local leaders so no one is left behind.
They ripped off the taxpayer with PPE crony contracts.
More raves in Downing Street than Ibiza through lockdown.
Top Tories with insider knowledge now betting on the election date.
Scandal after scandal.
One rule for them another for the rest of us.
It’s time for change.
Had privilege to watch Thorpe play.
Paying tribute to him and his family after their courage to share the news that Graham took his own life.
As they say, there is no shame in mental ill health - if you are struggling reach out - call 116123.

"He brought much joy to fans of English cricket, and that will live with them forever as they remember a man who gave so much to the game."

Good luck to all those getting results today. To all those who haven’t quite made it, this does not define you.
There are always options.
Thanks to all the incredible teachers and wider staff supporting their students today. 🤞
It is never easy for women politicians prepared to speak out and make a stand. Its plumbed new depths with the attacks on
@jessphillips
and
@ShabanaMahmood
. We will not be silenced, talked over or forgotten. Birmingham women be strong and proud of our sisters.
Mel Stride has just repeated his argument that the pension triple lock will not be sustainable long term. So the children and grandchildren of current pensioners would face continued pressures to their income even in retirement under Conservatives.
Before reading the Grenfell report, I quietly listened to the names of the 72 victims.
72 people with family, friends & life that should still be lived.
We must learn lessons, make buildings safe, hold people to account & above all, never forget this appalling loss of life.
Today I speak directly to the bereaved families, the survivors, and those in the Grenfell community.
On behalf of the British state: I am deeply sorry.
My full statement.
Pensioners I have been speaking to have been shocked to hear of Conservative plans to scrap national insurance. Outside of the political bubble this is news to them.
Now the Football Governance Bill will not progress, it is imperative that the
@EFL
and
@premierleague
negotiate a deal for the wider good of the football pyramid, clubs & fans.
Future governance remains vital and I will continue to campaign for change.
@action4albion
So important to hear from
@lisanandy
Strong football governance is vital to the future of football - at all levels.
Those with power in the game should get behind change, so that football clubs and our pyramid can finally be protected as community, sporting & national assets.
In Wigan, we battled twice against irresponsible owners who threatened our club’s future. Visiting
@buryfcofficial
today, I heard a familiar story.
Our Government will create a football regulator to ensure clubs are run responsibly and protected as genuine community assets.
