7. Observe and inquire about the world around you. However, understand that you won't have answers to all your questions. It is wise to accept that some things are beyond your reach, and to have faith that the truth will reveal itself when the time is right.

You give compassion to others so effortlessly. Why can't you offer the same kindness to yourself?

When you acknowledge impermanence fully and without exception, you are compelled to love harder. To be a better partner, sister, daughter, and friend. It deepens your appreciation for the other.

The challenge with self-reflection is that our mistakes can become our identity. We see ourselves as inseparable from them and start saying things like "I'm so stupid" or "I'm not good enough." 1/5

To feel deeply is a superpower. Being moved to tears by music. Experiencing euphoria so strong, it's akin to taking drugs. Tuning in so finely to the covert signals of other people. You gain insights into hidden layers of reality that others can't perceive.

Isn’t it incredible, how beauty has the ability to awaken? How it infiltrates the subject with energy, inspiring them rise above their current state.

1. To cultivate your inner knowing, you must gradually detach yourself from external influences. This includes the voices of people you love and society at large, which dictate how you should act, be, and live.

2. Integrate your shadow. In the subconscious of every woman exists jealous, spiteful, and exploitative elements that are unacceptable to the conscious mind. You must first acknowledge these parts, and then use them to guide you in the right direction.

8. Following the inner voice doesn't mean being reckless or impulsive. It means cultivating a strong sense of discernment, one of the most important skills every woman must learn. Separating the seed from the soil. Good from bad. Conscious from subconscious.

I once heard someone say, "It's hard to trust yourself when you've made so many mistakes." But you mustn't lose touch with your intuition. When you heed the words of others more than your own instinctual knowing, you begin to lose your way.

3. Your intuition can weaken. This is a dangerous place to be because it allows other people and external circumstances to dictate your life. However, you can restore your power by regularly listening to and acting upon your inner knowledge.

9. Your intuition illuminates what is real. Sometimes it's easier to ignore it and remain in the dark since the truth can be ugly, uncomfortable, or challenging. While it is not always the easier option, it is always the right one.

4. Sit with uncertainty. When you first decide to act upon your intuition, it can feel like navigating a dark forest. Consent to the uncertainty and commit to trusting the inner voice at every fork in the road.

5. Declutter your psychological space. One must regularly interrogate, cleanse, prioritize, and renew one's personal values, identifying things that are truly important. Pay attention to the things that light your feminine fire. Discard or deprioritize things that diminish it.

Make it a point to notice the good parts of you as well. The part that is consistently kind to others. The part that is loyal and well-intentioned. That studied hard and did well on your exams. 4/5

Today, I tried to see the beauty in the mundane. Leaves of a cherry blossom fluttering to the ground. The warm sun on my face. A good conversation with my father. Joy and sadness sat juxtaposed in my chest, daring to look each other in the eyes.
