Why should we listen to pilots who report UAP? Are these just stories? In the U.S. military, pilots are trained forward observers. By doctrine their reports are human intelligence (HUMINT). If a pilot reports a UAV it is assumed to be there. HUMINT is essential to intelligence

I’m happy to report the Safe Airspace for Americans Act has been proposed as an amendment to the FY25 NDAA. This legislation will require the FAA to accept UAP reports and protect pilots from retribution for reporting, something our witnesses are often requesting!
