Curse quite a bit. Don't tell my mom.
Also, nature pics.ππβοΈπΈπ
When my dad started to get too sick to go outdoors (he loved being outside), I started taking more nature pictures and sending them to him. He told me he wanted to get me a camera for my birthday. His memorial was Saturday and today is my birthday. My mom just called me 1/

I would REALLY like to see the video takes they DIDN'T use for his "go home in peace...we love you, you're very special..." message.π€
Holy cow! Thank you everyone for all the love! I didn't expect it...and the support really means alotβ€β€β€ Seeing kindness in the world is priceless right nowπ₯Ίπβ€ Thank you all.

People who comment that a thing isn't traumatic because when it happened to them, they weren't traumatized by it so therefore your experience is invalid are so weird.
@clhubes
I've always thought this to be part of what makes maintaining intimacy with a partner such a challenge when you have young children. If you've just spent 15 hrs with another human climbing all over you, after a while you just want SPACE. RIP my capacity for human contact ππ

Pretty sure Mississippi's infrastructure didn't suddenly collapse in the last 6 months because we aided Ukraine, but nice try?π€·ββοΈππ€‘
I think it's weird when people won't share recipes.I get it if you have a business or whatever.I'm talkin people who just know how to make bombass food & won't share w family/friends.What's the deal w that?Tell me ur secrets!!!ππ
(This is def not about my MIL & her wing sauce)

If the staff is very busy,it can be rude if they take too long because they might get behind on their work and lose tips as a result, but most of the time it's great to let them!If you're going to a place you know might be busy, look at online menu and help them rehearse b4 goingπ

Yup. I'm 4'11" and have the same problem with seat belts. And having to sit so close to the steering column to reach the pedals, that I worry about the airbags, too.
I'd give just about anything for one more day with my grandpa. The last time I saw him, he hadn't recognized anyone for weeks, but he looked at my 3 yr old son and said, "oh, I like him!" He passed 2 days later and that moment means the world to meπ₯Ίβ€
"My grandpa is 93 & has Alzheimerβs.He doesnβt know my name, where I live or who I am.This is us, sharing a moment of happiness, where memory doesnβt have to play a part in the experience.Make space for love & cherish the present moment with your loved ones."

It's literally a medical issue. The parents *might* be at fault if they aren't seeking care, but a child that young is not responsible and it's gross to mock her.
Vogue doing a glam shoot for an adult film star but not the most beautiful and elegant First Lady in US history says a lot more about Vogue than Melania
A friend of mine has a really great wooded property. I plan on going creeping around there soon...
She just sent me these lovely chonkers π
I can't wait! It's a different county and elevation, so I'll probably find new stuffπ

If he ever needs an amputation, it must be done with hand tools and he gets a single swig of whiskey and a leather strap to bite down on. It's how it used to be done When men were real men.

That wasn't the point I was making. I've seen people make servers stand and wait for a very long time for a child who had no idea what to say/do/order when they were busy af. Cool to teach your kid to order, but reciting specials is part of their job and cooparenting is not.
Just got home. My son is ok.π
Moderate concussion and bruising and wicked whiplash, but SO grateful he is alright.π
Cars are replaceable, he is NOT.π₯Ίπ
