We are a Sheffield-based charity that provides free football commentary to blind & visually impaired football fans of Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday.
CW: This is a new group of players and managers for the club and perhaps it's time for the fans to believe in us rather than expecting that we will fall away at the end
CW: I was in tears at Bristol City at the end of last season as I thought that was it for me here. I'm glad it wasn't and credit to Kevin and Prince Abdullah
🏆 Congratulations to defender Michael Hector who has won the Sheffield Sports Commentaries Sheffield Wednesday Player of the Season!
The Chelsea loanee has won the gong with 63% of the vote.

Chris Wilder is on his way up now, he's just been having a drink with Jürgen Klopp. The LMA Manager of the Year and the best FIFA Men's coach in the same room, incredible footballing minds and knowledge there.
Interesting that there is little or no coverage in the media about CW ensuring the Blades' survival in the PL with possibly the lowest wage budget. How expectations have changed in 12 months!

SB: "Billy's been a wonderful player for this club. And wherever he's been he always seems to score against me that's for sure. He'll go down in Sheffield folklore."
The Sheffield United supporters and players celebrate an emphatic 3 nil win away at Hull. The Blades are on the march, and is that march taking them to the Premier League?
CW - Our supporters clapping the Barnet players I thought was class, but I thought the fans should've booed the lads louder as we were horrendous today.
CW: "The comfort I can take from the game is that our supporters were magnificent and that it's taken 21 games for us to be beaten as comfortably as Liverpool did."
SD: “I was surprised at the amount of physicality in the game, I’m a fan of it but didn’t think it was part of the game anymore. Against the top 6 if you touch them it’s a foul”
CW: "Then the idiot manager running down the touchline and then someone tapping me on the shoulder and saying this might not be given. Thankfully, VAR got it right.
