Individuals who are suffering from PTSD or other brain trauma may find relief using uplifting music. Years ago, when I had PTSD, they claimed there is no cure. Being a corpsman, I refused to succumb to it and found my own cure. Hope this helps, as it helped me.

@ChatterBox_Muse Try this experiment with music. Find a particular song they respond to, and play it on repeat. Preferably before bedtime. Have it on repeat and daily is key. Go to bed with the song playing and waking up to the song. Sometime within 4 weeks of this exercise the mind rewires. LMK
