Look at this tough kid! Got tripped up and took a spike to the arm on the first lap of the 3200. Got up and not only finished the race, but set a PR running 11:57. Left the meet and got 9 stitches. @RuralTF

The triple at State Track is no joke under normal circumstances but when you have to do them all in 1 day it is a serious feat. This champ right here placed 1st, 4th, and 1st in the 3200, 1600, and 800 respectively. What a privilege to be called her coach.

Another great night for @jayshufelberger ! She took down her 3rd school record and broke the 5 min barrier running 4:54.76 in the 1600. Followed it up with a 10:48.34 to win the 3200. I love this kid.

What a day for WaRu XC! The Send was in full effect as the boys & girls both won the team titles. Both pulled off impressive team scores with the girls scoring 22 and the boys scoring 20. The guys took home 6 medals and the girls snagged 13 of the 20 medals 😮 Great team effort!
