If you can’t handle the fact that occasionally you will lose matches that feel completely unwinnable, you shouldn’t main killer in horror asymm. The key is actually identifying what games were unwinnable, and what ones you just plain lost. Be objective. Be honest. Be free.

If a survivor gets a hatch the DBD community almost unanimously agrees the killer won (Otz challenges, Tome Challenges). I see a lot of pushback about “the survivor didn’t deserve to win”. But killer, you didn’t lose. Why does it matter they got an RNG win? DC win? Stupid.

Am I the the only one that thinks if they heavily incentivized BP gained per individual hook (not hook state) that more killers would play for hooks over securing kills? It wouldn’t fix the camping issue, but even a 20-30% reduction would be nice. (Also delete Skull Merchant)

I think this thread is what a lot of us are feeling about the current DBD meta. I have the luxury of playing more killer than survivor and refusing to run 3 gen/kick builds, but even I’m feeling the effects of the overall meta. Chase focused is the way forward.

Been streaming DBD for about 3 years and I've always been pretty positive about the game. Most of the time when the community has been upset about changes or the state of the game, I've defended it. With that said - the current meta is the most boring it has ever been IMO
