In the comics, the Blue Spirit mask comes from a play that Zuko's family used to watch named "Love Amongst The Dragons", and he was actually a bad Water Tribe spirit. It adds more thematic parallels between Katara and Zuko because the Painted Lady was a good Fire Nation spirit.

#Zutara is the perfect example of how to write a healthy romantic relationship by using the ETL trope because 1) Zuko's villainous deeds didn't cross a point of no return and 2) Katara never had to change Zuko, he did that on his own and then came back to earn her forgiveness.

@sansapilled -Daemon shouldn't be anywhere near the throne. -Rhaenyra's heirs are bastards ( #FutureCivilWars ). -Westeros isn't an absolute monarchy. Either Viserys should have changed the laws of succession by summoning a GC, or kept his mouth shut. -Aegon's SC members are way more competent.
