My advice to fight vaccine mandates would be to fight the ethics of it and not the science that motivated it. Fighting mandates by denying that vaccines didn't prevent infections implies that one day if we find some such thing it would be permissible to mandate it then.

This was the little outdoor garden at my hospital where I took a COVID patient on highflow oxygen at 35L/min 100% FIO2 and exposed him to 20-30 minutes of direct sunlight. Instead of needing intubation the next day is was on 15L oxymizer and was home 5 days later.

Detailed look: Excess mortality (doesn't matter what's on the death certificate) mirrors SARS-CoV2 infections. However, massive (5x size) vaccine spike (inverted) is followed by no excess deaths but rather the lowest excess mortality of the pandemic up to that point.

Update: Pt recently admitted with severe c19 on high flow oxygen (had steroids in past but was restarted on them) dramatically improved after being taken outside for 20-30 min a day in full sun. 35L 100% -> 15 L oximizer -> 10L NC -> 6L NC -> 4L NC then 2LNC then discharged!

Imagine putting hospitalized patients with COVID-19 into infrared radiation (like sun)! Randomized Controlled Trial did just such a thing. Intervention group was discharged 4 days earlier, had better pulmonary function, and better hematological numbers.

It will turn out that the biggest health discovery of the 2020s is the understanding that the human body needs full biological spectrum light and not just visible light. This includes NIR, and certain forms of UV. The lack has come at the expense of energy efficiency.

Fever, which is part of the innate immune system elevates the secretion (among other things) of interferon (a broad antiviral) as seen in this experiment. It's why I rarely will treat a fever unless the patient is at risk for seizures or is tachycardic (fast HR).

Wow. Listen to this: Had a COPD patient I referred for lung transplant. Weighed 275 lbs. Told him he'd have to lose 50 lbs and to try IF. Well, he's lost 40 lbs and feels GREAT! Might not even need the transplant. Never eats after 5PM.

Saw pt back today in clinic. Had long-COVID for months: intermittent dyspnea, fatigue. I recommended intermittent fasting to him weeks ago. It changed his life. He never eats after 6PM. Now GERD gone. Dyspnea went from 8/10 to 3/10. lost 10 lbs and has energy back. Amazing!

There’s more to the sun than meets the eye. Because of this, man’s replication of light (LEDs) only includes the visible spectrum. Our mitochondria are dysfunctional as a result of being inside. Diabetes, dementia, even autism have their roots in mitochondrial dysfunction.
