I interpret this differently. Isn't it a good thing that 56% of British Muslims haven't heard of Prevent? That they are just normal people getting on with their lives and not spending their time fretting about a contested area of British counter-terrorism policy?

2. I’m not celebrating or getting carried away. I prefer to focus on areas for improvement. For instance, 56% British Muslims haven’t heard of Prevent. This suggests that awareness can be improved. Thankfully, there appears to be a strong appetite for more engagement.
