Father RB and Father Balchand are the two jesuits who always made me feel at home in Ateneo. It was Father Balchand who supported my AEGIS petition to be allowed to present myself as a woman in the yearbook!!! He was always so sweet!

I don’t think people understand how empowering it is for me to be a GGSS. As a trans woman, I grew up with the idea that being trans was something to be ashamed of. That we’re disgusting, freaks and undesirable. So for years a part of me always felt ugly.
