CARS ON THE MONON: As we were shooting our story in Broad Ripple today a truck took a left from 64th St onto the Monon and drove toward pedestrians before backing up. We’ve done stories on this. The city added bollards to multiple Monon entrances but not at 64th. @FOX59 @CBS4Indy
