I plan on making a self study elective in preparation for upcoming PM&R rotations! Plan on delving into various topics in PM&R: SCI, Spine, MSK, Pain, EMG/NCS, ultrasound, ASIA exam, Modified Ashworth Scale, Rancho Los Amigos, etc. Any other high yield topics to add? 1/2

Getting PRP in 2 weeks - Still having issues with my right knee (Osteochondral defect, meniscus tear) after surgery 3 months ago. I'm pretty excited to see how it goes since I'm pursuing #Physiatry ! Hopefully they can let me do the injection or hold the ultrasound probe 😂
