@oneunderscore__ Interesting fact here seems to be that the amount of the settlement is public which you hardly ever see. Also, FOX acknowledges it lied which is also something you rarely see when cases are settled. These two thing might have been considered by Dominion in accepting the deal.

If you observe carefully, you can decipher "Hotel de l'Institut" on the window. Which confirmed to me this was a certain intersection in Montreal where you can find the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec. It has changed, but the metal sculpture gives it away.

Watching it, I was struck by this image. A few elements struck me as being typical of Montreal. Mainly the architecture with the staircases outside of buildings. This and the leafless trees as well as the fashion. It reminded me of the intense student protests we saw in 2012.
