When entering single legged tackle, jump into the tackle with the image of putting your left elbow into the back of the opponent's knee. The left hand is not that important; the knee is. The right hand is then used for control.
I think that folkstyle athletes have a better grip, forearms, and body balance than freestyle athletes. I would like to work on these abilities myself.
