Charlotte’s Web (2007 reprint) Flexplay was a form of media that would dispose after being exposed to air after 48 hours. Luckily, this format never succeeded. The discs were red, but would turn black (think the PS1 discs) after 48 hours and would become unplayable.

Kronk’s New Groove (2005, VHS) A sequel to Emperor’s New Groove that was made for Direct To Video, this sequel only saw a release on VHS via Disney Movie Club. It’s rare nowadays as every DMC tape is, it’s confusing that it was a DMC tape since it predated Bambi 2’s VHS release.
