एक्ट के तहत अगर किसान और उसकी फ़सल खरीदने वाले कॉर्पोरेट हाउस में डिस्प्यूट होता है तो किसान SDM के पास जाएगा, SDM reconciliation बोर्ड़ बनाएगा। वहां फ़ैसला नही तो DC के पास, वहां फिर बोर्ड़। यार अगर डिस्प्यूट होगा तो अधिकारी कॉरपोरेट हाउस की सुनेगा के दो, पांच एकड़ के किसान की?

सुनने में आपको बुरा लगेगा लेकिन कांग्रेस का संगठन बहुत कमज़ोर हो चुका है। कुछेक नेताओं को छोड़कर कोई भी ज़मीनी स्तर पे काम नही कर रहा। लोगों से जुड़ने के प्रोग्राम ना के बराबर हैं। अगर RJD 20 और सीट पे लड़ती तो शायद तस्वीर और होती। ऐसे तो परिवर्तन आने से रहा।
