To Canada, the smallest, biggest community I know. I just want to thank you all for your tremendous love and support.
After coming home, I was so overwhelmed with feelings that I had let everyone down and it was hard to navigate.
There are no words to describe the heartbreak.
@johnnymocurler
& I went to battle, fought & screamed for every inch. In the end it came down to millimetres. We poured our ❤️’s out for 🇨🇦 and we appreciate all the support. We felt the weight of the entire country on that measure.
Being completely honest because I know many athletes have felt this but I’m in the deepest of black holes wishing we could have found another centimetre for Canada.
Know that I’m cheering hard for every athlete in Beijing right now but personally struggling beyond words.
I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to play on the Olympic stage against the best of the best.💪🏼
Canada, thank you for your support when I needed it most. 🇨🇦 🥌 🤍
I’ve been completely off of social media, but when your childhood best friend realizes her lifelong dream, I had to send her the biggest f*<# Ya.

@IvanieB
A kiss 😘 a day while Mom is away ❤️ Missing my little guy so much. It’s a daily highlight for me to video call my family, and it always puts a smile on my face.
Today's Olympic Fits update of the day: white spandex pants. 🤍 These pants came with a warning ⚠️ of not to wear them over the age of 30...I rolled the dice. 🤣

Now they can both say they were a part of the wins 🏆🏆🤰🏼
We were going to keep this announcement to ourselves but had to share the double Champions Cup baby photos 🥰 👶🏻
💫 Hello world
Beyond lucky to have this little one join our family 👶🏻
Briggs Craig Germain - August 29, 2023.
We can’t wait for everyone to meet him. It’s been a whole week of extra ❤️
Sport can be cruel but sending love to everyone and our teams that are about to start here in a couple of days.❤️🇨🇦🥌
@johnnymocurler
, you’re an all-star and I’m lucky to be able to say we fought hard together on the Olympic stage ❤️
Tough close first game today. But still smiling knowing this little one is cheering me on back home. See you tomorrow for a doubleheader day at 7:00AM & 7:30PM ET.
I wanted to bring back a medal for you guys and my family, but I know it’s not the results in the end that really matter. It’s not the whole story. I’m proud of our journey, sacrifice, and dedication to the success we had.
7 years between gold, 3 kids, 2 Olympics and a hell of a journey along the way.
Thank you to our friends, family, and Canada for supporting us through it all.
Sydney, we are forever grateful for the love you showed us all week.
I have so much to be grateful for, but my mind was really struggling. I had no words and the emotions of it all were there and challenging.
I was beyond low, but I wanted to share and be honest. The number of people who reached out completely blew me away.
I know I can be private sometimes, but connecting with so many of you has really helped. In COVID, in isolation, I forgot the power of connection.
Talking with many of you has been such a powerful reminder of the importance of putting yourself out there & starting a conversation
After the 2021/22 season,
@JoCourtney89
will be taking some time away from curling to focus on her family and career. We will greatly miss Jo on our team, but we are excited about her next chapter. She has been the most incredible teammate.
Full release:
I know that others share these experiences and feelings, whether through sport or life itself. If sharing how I felt could give even one person an extra ounce of strength to reach out, I felt I owed it to that person to say something.
This sport and country have given me so much
Starting the 2022/23 season we are so incredibly excited to have Tracy Fleury join the team! But how exactly will the rest of the team lineup look next season? You’ll just have to wait to find out!

You don’t always hear the good stories but this one I’m amazed. When my plane landed in Ottawa minutes after the tornados hit, we rushed off the plane and I left my laptop behind, thank you
@AirCanada
for finding and returning it to me a couple weeks later!🙏
Sport can bring a community together but it is love that binds it. The community of Humboldt, Saskatchewan is in our thoughts and has all of Canada’s love through this horrific tragedy. 💚
Touched down to Vancouver with our next stop to Beijing ✈️ We got here safely in isolation, with a MASSIVE thank you to

Today we acknowledge the struggles many of us face but more importantly shine a light on the fact that none of us are alone. Let’s end the stigma and make every effort to be there for each other 💙

I can’t believe the world lost such an amazing person on and off the ice. Connor you were a smiling, fun and positive presence at our camp last year and we want that to continue. Life is so fragile, my deepest condolences to his family, teammates and friends.
