Himawari is the one who have inherited the most from her parents, She has the Byakugan and Hamura Chakra from her Mother Uzumaki Hinata and tailed beast chakra and Hagoromo chakra from father. Something Boruto never got. She is in fact the "gifted one" of the family.

One of Momoshiki prophecy seems to be successful. here Momoshiki saw Boruto will never inherit Naruto power and told him the that they have no Jutsu to pass down that power. The Kāma was the Jutsu Momoshiki was talking about here.

Boruto Kāma nearly took everything away from Boruto including his genetic connection to his parents as it was overwritten mostly to Momoshiki DNA and Boruto DNA written in Otsutsuki genes. The genes Boruto that he inherited from his parents were nearly destroyed by Kāma.

If she has Kurama chakra I would say that is cool. Cuz traces of Bijuu chakra had been shown before to split up and be independent. Like Minato killing and sealing half of Kurama chakra within the Shinigami and the other half in Naruto. Kinkaku and Gingaku having Kurama chakra.
