@iFightir For a team to survive for that long you usually need traits that are hard to find, you need people who respect each other and don’t have a massive ego while also being willing to put in the work and you need someone who can lead and teach the roster, that’s why it’s rare imo.

@Jok3rR6 Experience can always be beaten by someone who works harder or has more natural talent, the hard part for the inexperienced players is often getting the contacts to get trials for those T3 opportunities. Unfortunately in this game it’s mostly about contacts.

@Lycan What do you think about only having coaches call during prep phase, I do agree an experienced IGL should benefit you. But coaches should also have more of an effect in game. That could even mean changing timeouts to 1 timeout for each side def/atk.
