@shecanncannabis Adult Signature Required shipments cannot be left at door. Our process was adapted to the current situation, however. If you can show proper government-issued photo ID, in person at the door, drivers will record your name & accept verbal consent instead of a physical signature.

@TheRidgeSocial You don't have to have the same last name to pick up a shipment. Lots of people don't change their last name. But, some companies have security restrictions that only the person who's name is on the label can pick up the shipment.

@TheRidgeSocial If it's coming from Dell, Bell, Rogers etc we're not allowed to release it to another person. Even if you have your husband's ID and him on the phone. These measures are to protect our customers from ID theft which happens a lot with these shipments.
