Under international law foreign warships enjoy the freedom of navigation on the high seas and in Australia’s exclusive economic zone. They also enjoy the right of innocent passage in the territorial sea. An ‘act of aggression’ has a legal meaning and is clearly not made out here.

If this group was really serious about this issue they'd be calling for regulations on vehicle size. Monstrous SUVs (RAMs etc) are flooding the Australian market with no consideration for the threat they pose to the safety of other road users, pedestrians and cyclists.
