In 2020, I finished medical school and my brother also bagged a degree; first class in Mechanical Engineering..
This is to us, Dr Nwafor P.A and Engr Nwafor S.E 🥂🥂
This is just the beginning of what God has in store for us 🥰❤️
In this housejob work bah, I’ve realized that some people just decided to become doctors to escape poverty and to answer the name, you see passion, even common conscience it’s very rare..
They don’t give two fucks about their patients..
Forget, God bless FETHI doctors
I assisted a surgery (herniorrhaphy) today, told the medical student to take pictures of me “assisting”. This boy was snapping and making videos of the man’s scrotum 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I want to figghhttt
I am not of the mindset that Drs wear scrubs to work, except you on call,or work in an emergency area or icu/theatre.
What happened to the era of Drs looking sharp to work in very nice attires ?
Nowadays some Drs mask under wearing figs ,instead of taking time on their looks.
If I wasn’t studying medicine, I don’t think I would’ve loved to get married to a doctor..
To the non- medical officials with medical partners, you’re really trying 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I don’t think I’ll be able to cope tbh
It takes another level of understanding
I lost a patient today, I've never felt it like this before.
A child, she was just 9month old.
We were really close, I mean me and her family.
I prayed, I've never prayed as hard as I did this evening but still, nothing happened.
I’m crying right now😭😭 my girl Jane is a barrister 😫❤️ I can’t even put my emotions into words but I’m so thankful to God. Sigh, what an emotional morning..
CONGRATULATIONS TO MY BABY E.S AYAMBA ESQ.
I love you
@janeyare_
I got to work today dressed in casual (cause I’m even tired of wearing corporate), after attending to my patients I went to the cinema to just watch a movie and unwind..
I’m sad, very stressed and tired of almost everything
I’m really glad I did this
In summary, tonight was really shitty and I pray I don't ever experience it like this again or I'll just learn not to get too close to my patients.
THE END!
RIP MY BABY GIFTY ❤
Rushed home this morning for a quick shower before rushing back to the hospital and this man left a beautiful note for me before going to work with some goodies to munch on😭🥰
It’s these little things for me ❤️
Me prepared for PUD, GERD, All the hepatitis, CLD and all probable gastroenterology cases since is a Gastro hospital yea??

I’m always really happy when I attend to my patients and they thank me and ask what church I attend.
I can’t explain the feeling, it’s just very fulfilling..
Like, I’m really happy that I get to reflect and I’m reflecting my fathers’ presence in all I do..

The management of heart failure can be both pharmacological and non pharmacological.
The principle of the pharmacological management include:
(I) to reduce preload
(II) to reduce afterload
(III) to increase myocardial contractility
I said I’ll be married by 25 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😍😂😂😂😂
@FEMMY466
I- reduce preload using diuretics
II- reduce afterload using ACE inhibitors or ARB’s
III- increase myocardial contractility using digoxin, dobutamine or digitalis
