Dassey PC was in Dassey residence from Nov 5-12, while LE had control of property. Computer records are missing from that same time period. Did the State only seize PC to delete records of activity from a time when only LE had access? #Makingamurderer

Kratz incorrectly told the jury that Ertl testified the luminol applied in Avery's garage reacted brightly because it was reacting to bleach. This isn't true. Ertl said the luminol reacted faintly, which was not consistent with a reaction to bleach #MakingaMurderer @ZellnerLaw

Read the transcript - nothing major was misrepresented by that edit. At trial Colborn said he wasn't looking at the RAV when he called in the plates. That info was accurately represented.

The state did not test Bobby's vehicle, gun, garage, or cutting instruments despite naming Bobby a suspect / hiding evidence of his direct connections & motive. That's an important point.

Note that KK only ever suggested bones were moved from the burn pit to the burn barrel. Nowhere did KK suggest SA moved bones to the quarry. In fact the State's theory at trial demands the quarry bones NOT belong to TH, so why were they given to family in 2011? #Makingamurderer

If Bobby is guilty, is not unreasonable to assume he might have been watching & waiting for Avery to leave the property before going into his trailer to look for different sources of his DNA. Bobby might be the key to making Avery & Zellner's bloody sink theory viable.

@JaceyDeLaynes The lengths LE went to keep the Manitowoc Coroner away from the burn pit (intimidation / threats of arrest). The State knew Teresa was not burnt in that pit & so they made sure no coroner from any county was allowed to examine the area. It was blatant inexcusable corruption.

Biggest take aways: - Bombshell allegations. Bobby & another unknown male are involved with moving the RAV. - This supports what Blaine Dassey said (he saw Bobby driving the RAV on Oct 31). - Witness claims to have contacted & told police. If true, that's a huge deal.

The Judge didn't deny the CD could have impeached / incriminated Bobby & is therefore exculpatory. As such the court's refusal to even acknowledge the pre-trial demands for exculpatory evidence reveals this Judge is either shockingly ignorant of the record, or she is corrupt.
