so i was SUPER bloated from taking a break from ed all i did was nom nom nom i swear 😭😭 so i was 132 lbs then i fasted from sunday dinner to tuesday dinner (2 days), i was 129 lbs on monday probabally bc i was bloated from all the eating the fasting made me lose a lot (pt1)
