Marriage is a union between one man and one woman for life. Same-sex marriage is impossible, goes against human nature, and to suggest such a thing as actually possible; is deceptive and wrong. To "bless" such "unions" is to perpetuate the lie, and to affirm/approve mortal sin.

Nirvana doesn't exist, there is no reincarnation. Enlightenment isn't our natural end. There is a God. There is only one life on earth, and when we die our final end is either Heaven or Hell. Fulfillment isn't found in self. Jesus is the answer to life and way to Heaven.

- It's not a baptism if ginger ale is used. - It's not the Eucharist is pizza dough is used. - It's not confirmation if motor oil is used. - It's not an ordination if it's a woman. - It's not a marriage if both are the same sex A little Sacramental Theology goes a long way.

Eulogies have no place in the church at Catholic funerals. Eulogy is not part of the funeral rite, it is not liturgical. If one insists on a eulogy, they can do it at a location other than the church; during the wake or some other reception before/after coming to the church.

Mass too long is an excuse, it isn't the reason Catholics don't go to mass. It would seem, generally speaking, that the reason they don't go to mass is indifference. They don't care, or see the need for mass. This is because they don't know&love Jesus so they don't follow Him.
