Scots pitching staff ended the season with some of the best numbers in the country. #2 in ERA - 3.38 #2 in shutouts - 9 #2 in K/9 - 11.60 #7 in Strikeouts - 501 #11 in BAA - .248 @gradygorgen led the country with a 1.09 ERA. @michaeljmoore34 went 8-0.

Teams that get out of the dugout on momentum swinging plays are the ones that win championships. Nothing more shifting than when dudes sprint out to celebrate 2 out RBI’s or inning ending K’s. The good teams do it, the bad teams definitely don’t.

Love this drill our infielders do to simulate a ball off the chest. Notice how they aggressively push down through the ball to avoid “bobbles” and quickly gain ground towards they’re target before making a throw.The little things are extremely important here.

My opinion has changed on this completely. Used to think you had to spend 45 minutes+ doing “stuff” before even picking up a baseball. This year we have guys take an hour to get ready, and guys take 10 minutes. Love both. Break a sweat and feel good. #breach
