My brother died at 40 years old of lymphoma, leaving behind a 2-year-old daughter (now 11) and an unborn son (now 8). I couldn't be more thankful for my sister-in-law's second husband, who has helped raise my niece and nephew as if they were his own. A beyond awful take.
