My grandfather, Ron Crees, left us this week. He had already lived a more extraordinary life by the age of 17 than I have at 47. He was also-to the best of my knowledge-the only person to work with Muhammad Ali, Orson Welles AND the Secret Lemonade Drinker. He was much loved.
