bout to be actually under construction again for the first time in over a year. YES!! can't wait to roll up to the site in my boots (being sure to get them dirty during earthwork) to spend 5 minutes asking dumb questions to my construction mgr and pretending to be relevant.

a quick hello to some new followers i see! about me: - i mostly develop new self-storage facilities, own hundreds of thousands of SF - spent many years in CRE previously, mostly multifamily - will have to find a new career in 2029 because the US will have enough storage by then
