A huge well done to our drivers Les and Alan, who saved a teachers life when he collapsed and stopped breathing outside one of our schools yesterday. Alan dealt with the emergency services 🚑 whilst Les gave the teacher CPR and restarted his heart. You’ve made us very proud guys.

Our Citato bendybus is now in the workshop having a few little jobs completed. After being parked up for nearly 5 years, it needs very little work to bring it back up to standard ⚙️🧰. A full valet, steam clean 🚿and who knows…….. maybe we’ll give her a fresh MOT and repaint🤔.

Yesterday saw the collection of Trident LV52 HHT (originally N600 BUS) for scrap. This vehicle was damaged in around 2014 when high winds brought a tree down in Crosby. Latterly used for parts reclamation ♻️

This former member of the fleet is observed on Kirkby Row in 2005. A MKII MCW Metrobus, new to East Kent and later passing to Stagecoach East, it arrived on Merseyside with Napier Point, Bootle. We acquired this in late 2004 and it was withdrawn in 2005. #ThrowbackThursday
