They can do that just the same in a person's home. They didn't allow it because they didn't want the parents to try to run with their own child.

@Draven1755 @SweetDreams5771 @dahlia_scum @capeandcowell Because it was a unlawful detainment. Him and his buddy should have waited and let on duty LE handle it. He abused his power and was caught. His buddy should be fired as well. We don't need officers like this running the streets unchecked.
