This morning I cried…because a fight I’ve been in for so long found justice Friends, in the United Methodist Church, starting May 4, we no longer say that being gay is a sin…and no longer ban LGBT from serving as ministers I can’t believe it…but it’s done. Praise be to God.

@Jack_Frodo So, I’m left of center too, and I always look at leftist criticism with a grain of salt. Because if I don’t understand something like I do spaceflight, I assume that I don’t know the whole story. Progressives are at their worst when they become regressive just for the likes.

@spittercupid I think political and religious views both are pretty important to ask VERY early. Trust your gut on first date or not, but I wouldn’t go past the second without talking about it. Politics reflect our deepest held values, which are important to a compatible relationship.
