Leder Games is doing well considering the price of shipping. We're at 14 employees. We have solid cash reserves, no debt, and solid inventory heading into this holiday. We are window shopping for a building and considering how we will grow if we do.

As of this morning Leder Games now has 9 full time employees, 3 full time contractors, and 2 part time contractors. In addition we keep the @atlasgames folks very busy. I couldn't be prouder of our success and quality games we have produced.

One of the happiest parts of my job. I am flipping the switch to move the next Root expansion from passive design to active design. The studio and I will be pitching our ideas for factions at each for the next few weeks and I will be writing a new business plan to reflect this.

Hear me out. Mario Kart licensed board game that uses Heat's mechanics. Each kart has a starting deck to make it easy for the kids. Weapon drops act like a sponsor, it just drops a weapon card into your hand. Some ramming rules. Swish.

Archived the Vast channel on the Leder Games slack as it was just @d20plusmodifier and myself. Scrolled back a little before I did. Here was one of the riffs on the Knight, the Elf Knight. It was part of a variant I called 7 Knights.
