This I actually agree with. Games don’t need body scan models. Japan is able to make traditional character models without actors and they end up looking better then games that use mo-caps and make the actors uglier then the actors are IRL.

The strive for "realism" is what's ironically breaking the immersion, in video games. How did Japan become the masters of maintaining a photorealistic/stylistic look in their games, without making their characters look like hideous melting wax figures, with half the budget?
