The Library of Congress has awarded Dolly Parton's Imagination Library with the David M. Rubenstein Award, which includes a $150,000 prize to support its literacy efforts. The Imagination Library has given away over 165 million books free of charge as of Aug 2021.
Rock Star, Dolly's upcoming rock album, is expected to have 30 songs on it. Featured artists include Stevie Nicks, Chris Stapleton, Paul McCartney, Steven Tyler, Elton John, Brandi Carlile, Pink, Miley Cyrus, John Fogerty, and more.

Dolly will perform at the Halftime Show at the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game. She will perform some of her hits and spotlight her upcoming Rockstar album. The game airs on CBS.

Per Rolling Stone, Dolly and Bebe Rexha recorded a video for their song “Seasons”, out tomorrow on Bebe’s newest album.
“I was shaking, but she made me feel so comfortable and said that she was going to adopt me. I’m waiting for those papers!” Bebe said of the video.
Dolly plans to re-record “Stairway to Heaven”.
“When I do the rock album, I’m going to actually re-record it – and do it more true to the regular record. I’m trying to see if Robert Plant might sing on it. Maybe Jimmy Page might do the pick-up part on it.”

Mac Davis has passed away at 78.
He was Dolly’s longtime friend and collaborator. They wrote several songs together and toured together in the 1970s.
He recently appeared in Dolly’s Heartstrings Netflix series in the “JJ Sneed” episode.
