New 'rule of law'= arrest but don't file chargesheet in time. Yet oppose bail. Deny the accused access to medical records ....and while the accused is caught up in legal maze, claim that the country is full democracy.

To expunge something said on the floor of the House is a power of presiding officer which needs to be very rarely and sparingly used -not for rewriting future history so that speeches are censored when today's govt may find them unpalatable.
