Quality, refinement and poise are not words I thought I'd use for a van but that's all I can say about the @ToyotaSA Hilux Legend 50. I can see why it's a firm favorite in SA! Had so much fun blasting around in the wet yesterday. I've driven a few bakkies but nothing compares.

Don’t let the soft idle fool you, she was in comfort. I drove her around the car park and even just a twitch of your big toe releases this deep, burly, guttural sound and you can feel that she’s raring to go. I can only imagine what this must be like on the open road! 😭🥹👌🏽🔥

Finally saw a RS2 up close. I've seen about 3 but always on the road. I was so excited I left my car running in the background there 😅🤣 owner and his wife were such Champs though, they even opened her up for me to take a look and asked if I wanted a photo next to it

So quite an interesting story behind that M3. Owner says it's got 27,000km on the clock (not 80K), his grandfather bought it brand new in 1997 (he says it was one of the first 10 in the country) then it went to his dad and now he has it. Kept in original condition for 24yrs.

I used to work for a helicopter company back in Durban, we used to get free helicopter rides after maintenance of the aircraft down the coast and back but what I miss most is these things taking off right outside my office and being able to take these pics in the process

I dunno what VW did with these Polos but I'm convinced these 1.0 TSIs are laced with crack! I'm always so pleasantly surprised when I drive one, I understand why they're always upside down in ditches or crashing into people's walls 😅🤣 It's a peppy engine with a fun chassis

So I finally got to see the GR Yaris in person yesterday 🥺 I was so excited I had to pull over and snap a pic. It's a short, stubby little thing, with a small footprint but a lot of presence! The owner was so cool, he's had if for about a month and says he absolutely loves it!

It wasn't easy 😅 but I've just about managed to empty the Swift's 37 litre fuel tank! ⛽ Fuel seems to be more of a suggestion than a necessity with this frugal motor. The car was delivered with a full tank and I've managed to get about 511kms from when I started counting

Public Holidays mean roadtrips! 😬 We took the gutsy little @Suzuki_ZA Swift up to Piggly Wiggly and the Nelson Mandela Capture Site up in Howick for a nice chilled day out. It was a very comfortable drive, the aircon is very effective and kept us cool throughout the entire
