@FrHarrison I think the one solution is not expecting Sunday at a parish to be someone's first experience of what it looks like to live a life of faith. If we create interaction and community closer to someone's "real life", then by the grace of God they will desire the Sunday experience.

2/10 Holy Martyr Charalampus. Tortured and killed at 113. They scraped his body with hooks and he said "Thank you, my brethren, for scraping off the old body and renewing my soul for new and eternal life." His name means “Lamp of Joy”. We are all a lamp of something! Pray for us!

Unique #Byzantine saints today (Jan. 31st). Unmercenary Healers Cyrus and John are patron saints of those who suffer with insomnia. Holy Martyr Tryphaena is the patron saint of mothers who are unable to breastfeed their babies.
