I struggled mentally when I returned from Afghanistan. I spent some time in Thailand with some monks and had deep conversations, a spiritual one. I got the young Buddha tattooed on my arm, he is supposed to keep you on the straight and arrow, which I definitely needed.

Our #ADF need action on Land 400 phase 3 now. Stop delaying this @RichardMarlesMP @AlboMP if our soldiers don’t train in, what they fight in, it puts lives at risk.
