He was in charge of COVID PPE. We never did find out where the stuff went that companies bought and didn't get. Some was taken literally while on the tarmac to be loaded.

My experience is that after 9 or 10 hours, your brain is too tired to focus. But the one job where it happened a lot, the boss was there the whole time: first in, last out.

That's just like Musk, using his position as "center" and not realizing (it appears) that he's moved well to the right of center.

My father retired and got a computer. He then proceeded to bug software companies to the point where he was a beta-tester for the last DOS version of Norton. (They sent him a free copy of the release version.)

I was startled, back in 2005, to discover that my big boss had come to my school when I was in jr high, handing out sequoia seedlings for Arbor Day.

They think if it isn't explicitly listed as a right in the Constitution, it doesn't really exist. Which requires not reading the 9th Amendment.

They have the patient's birthdate. They have the number for the doctor. They're capable of calling the doctor to check. But they're afraid of the forced-birthers.
@BradMossEsq
I'd tell him that the contents of the docs are not at issue, it's his POSSESSION of them that's the issue. And he needs to explain why he has them at all, after leaving office!

If they're worried about kids who are LGBTQ, then they shouldn't have any themselves - there's a very-much-nonzero chance that they will have one themselves. Or that someone in their family is.

Now that women can file for divorce, some men are having problems dealing with being rejected by women they thought they controlled.

Friend's ex is hypoglycemic, eats on schedule, and can't have donuts/pastries/cake. Tells them at work, and they insist on meetings with donuts etc, or schedule them during his meal times.

A lot of us aren't online for videos. Twitch and the tube of you don't reach a lot of us, because we're word people: we READ.

Shouldn't legislators and politicians have to pass US government and civics classes as a prerequisite, so they have a clue what the job they want actually involves?
@darth
I guess he missed that everyone was vaccinated, it was outdoors, and it was in an area that isn't a red zone. Also Obama checked with local authorities beforehand.

They never ever seem to notice that kids learn a lot from their parents and other family members. (I knew "damn" and "hell" before I got to junior high.)

LEGISLATORS ARE NOT COMPETENT TO DECIDE MEDICAL PROCEDURES. And if you pay attention at all, it's ONE group, ONE party, not all of them.

They seem to be saying that if there are mistakes made, the justice system is powerless to fix them. So injustice is more important to them than justice.

that 6-week limit is extremely arbitrary - and that's about when most people realize they may be pregnant. The whole thing is about controlling women, instead of letting them make decisions affecting their own bodies.

That's a guy who doesn't understand that he doesn't own other people, *especially* his ex. Who I hope changes all her account names so he can't track her.

They're afraid of the states they live in, which have already made it really clear that doctors should do what they're told even if the patient and that oh-so-precious embryo/fetus die.

A lot of people in TX seem to live in the past, thinking that minorities can't possibly afford nice stuff without being criminals. And that it's still pre-civil-rights era.
