So focus on getting one or two, three at a push, 'good jumps'. Then rest appropriately, I like have about 2-3 minutes, but longer can be good too.

If you're managing in lower leagues, going to the globe image, clicking transfers and looking through the list of released players and youth departures will help you find some gems.
Takes a lot of time so you need to know the release dates for better knowledge.
Squats on a bosu ball don't train stability anymore than being stabbed in the leg trains hypertrophy.
Stop doing it.
Do some split squats and over single limb training instead. Your risk of injury will drop and reward will be exponential.

I do Jits and sweat like hell, guess what happens when you sweat? You lose essential electrolytes - guess how you replenish those? Water and electrolytes.
