Congratulations to Mr. Schapekahm of Oñate High School for being named the NMASSP Principal of the Year for New Mexico. No one cares more or works harder for students and staff. Thank you Mr. Schapekahm for all you do for Oñate and for LCPS.
The Oñate High School family expresses our sincere condolences to the family of Isaac Brealey-Rood. We were very fortunate to know him as a dynamic student and member of the Royal Knight Regiment. He touched the lives of us all and will be dearly missed.

What a 24 hours for OÑATE HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!! 3 DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIPS in 3 TEAM sports. Talk about leaving a mark in history as our final chapter comes to an end. A new beginning July 1, but the same hard working FAMILY of our OHS/OMHS will continue. Good luck to all at STATE.

Oñate girls track win Las Cruces Invitational. The Knights won gold in 100m,200m,400 relay,800 relay, Medley Relay, 3200 meters and Shot Put. Boys finish 3rd.
