Our regulatory connection is through the City of Portland’s stormwater permit. We have sent a letter to the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services requesting a plan for sampling and ongoing monitoring for specific contaminants after the next rain event, which is necessary

Tuesday Recycling Tip! Frozen food boxes are not recyclable. They look like a cereal or cracker box (which are recyclable!) but frozen food boxes have a plastic coating, which means the paper recyclers cannot accept them for recycling. Please dispose of them in the garbage.
